Baking has always been a part of my life, but turning it into a business was a big step... one that began when I was lucky enough to rent a commercial kitchen through a work connection. Since then, I've poured my heart into every cake, cookie, and pastry I create.
My baking style blends high-end flavours with rustic, approachable charm. Every single item is made from scratch, using top-quality ingredients to ensure each bite is as indulgent as it is comforting. Whether it’s a single chocolate chip cookie at the farmer’s market or a fully customised wedding cake, everything I make is crafted with love and care.
Being part of my customers’ milestones is the greatest honour; like the family who first ordered a wedding cake from me, then a baptism cake, baby shower cupcakes, a gender reveal cake, and now their baby’s first birthday cake! Continuing to be a part of their celebrations means so much to me.
At the heart of my business is a simple goal: to bring you joy. I want to turn moments into memories, to make you smile, and to add something special to life’s celebrations. I want you to feel seen, cared for, and comforted with every bite.
When I’m not baking, I love soaking up the sunshine, spending time outside, and writing letters and postcards (snail mail is my favourite.)
